Returns Policy

At Cake Pops Parties, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every order. As our products are handcrafted and perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the quality you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cakepopsparties.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item(s)

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet entered production. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-Perishable & Gift Items

For non-perishable items such as gift hampers or party supplies, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
