Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit upon successful return and inspection.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
